Elmo Birthday Party

My youngest son had an Elmo party for his 2nd birthday. I used the Elmo's Party Cartridge to make stuff for his Party.

Shirt I made using the Elmo's party cart and cricut. I cut out Elmo @7 1/2"

Cupcake tray I made out of cardbaord and red solo cups

Topper made with the Elmo cart cut @7"

Cupcake toppers I made using the computer and then cut out with the cricut scallops and circles @2" and 3" from the Art Philosophy Cart.  Also cut out the cupcake wrappers from the Elmo's Party cart.

These topper picks were cut out using the Elmo cart @5 1/4"
Confetti on table cut @2"
Elmo treat bags made from a red bag and added Elmo face, made the pinwheel from instructions on you tube then added an elmo face.
Elmo Straw toppers cut @2 1/4"

Candy box holder

Elmo Oreo cookies covered with red chocolate, these were suppose to be on a stick but I didnt buy the double stuffed. Fun to make but super messy.

Candy on a stick. Fun for the kids but alittle difficult to put on the stick.

Tissue paper and added an elmo face
.
Happy Birthday Banner cut @5" The big Elmo was cut @ 11 1/2"

Whats an Elmo party without Dorothy!

Link above this Pinata picture is where I got the idea to create my own pinata. It was a lot of hard work but well worth it to have my little guy tell me I was the best mommy ever! I made it a pullstring pinata since we were staying inside and he still has it hanging in his room.

Hats made from the Elmo cart cut @6 1/2" bottom liner cut @5 1/2" then added ribbon on top for the boys and tulle on top for the girls. I let the kids decorate these however they wanted to.

Small gift bag was cut using the Elmo cart @ 11"
Wasn't able to use for gift bags for the kids at this size they
were too small so i used for decoration.

Game: match the crayon to Elmos hand cut @11 1/2" Scroll border cut @ 11" and cut the crayons out @ 3" although they were alittle small.

Birthday boy badge/ribbon cut @ 5"
Birthday boy crown was cut @ 6 1/2" and I had to use a 24" mat on the cricut.
Elmo gift bag- bought a big read bag cut out Elmo face @ 12 1/2"

Hope you have enjoyed looking at all my party planning, the kids all had a blast! It was a perfect 2nd birthday party.

Nesquik chocolate milk container made into a purse

Super cute!!
Made this purse for my niece out of a nesquik chocolate milk container. Got the idea out of one of those paper creations magazines. Covered with paper, poked holes in the sides to attach ribbon with brads and flowers, filled with girly stuff. She loved it!
