I love you Banner
Banner I made using the Dimensional Elements Banners from the Art Philosophy Cartridge. Cut out papers to cover then added the I love you and hearts.

what adorable decorations. Hope you don't mind that I posted a picture over on my messagboard (www.scraprageous.com/messageboards). While I don't do Elmo, personally, thinking the little treat bags with pinwheels will be great for an 'over the hill' party!
